Chris Moxham was born and raised in the Kootenays of British Columbia. He graduated from SAIT (Southern Alberta Institute of Technology) as an Automotive Service Technologist and earned his Journeyman ticket in 1981. He then operated an automotive repair and parts shop for 13 years.

In 1995, he moved his family to Armstrong and opened Chippy Auto Appearance in Vernon. He performed automotive paint repair for all new car dealerships in Vernon along with the general public. In 2001, he also started an RV Rental business.

Chris has always had a passion for real estate, from building his own home at the age of 25 to having tenants for the last 14 years. Chris finds it a simple, common sense way of doing business. Give someone a clean and well cared for place to live, that he would live in, and for a fair price.

In 2008 Chris sold the RV Rental business. He began furthering his education in real estate investing and started investing in Rent-To-Own properties. In 2009, he sold Chippy Auto Appearance, which allowed him the time to properly operate this Rent-To-Own program, ensuring that Tenant/Buyers and Investors are in a win-win situation. Attention to detail is a top priority for Chris. He will look after your investment as if it were his own, will reduce surprises and have the entire process operate as planned.

Chris is married with three grown children. When not working or learning about real estate he enjoys the great outdoors;
camping, boating, fishing, hunting, downhill skiing, snowshoeing and also woodworking. He is also a member and director
of the Kalamalka Fly Fishing Club.
